I had to update this entry wit a new video – also a huge favourite – as the original video was made ‘private’ and not available anymore. How sad. The Symphony No. 101 in D Major (Hoboken 1/101) is the ninth of the twelve London Symphonies written by Joseph Haydn. It is popularly known as The Clock because of the “ticking” rhythm throughout the second movement.

This is an old time favourite. Three days in a row of parents’ evenings – done! Tired, exhausted is not enough to describe how you feel, especially if you go on till 6:10pm – from 3:30. Now: time to sit back and to relax.

The Piano Concerto No. 20 in D minor, K. 466, was written by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in 1785. The first performance took place at the Mehlgrube Casino in Vienna on 11 February 1785. The concerto is scored for solo piano, flute, two oboes, two bassoons, two horns, two trumpets, timpani and string and written in three movements. Source: Wikipedia. #Mozart #Classics
